MARK

By the degree of water resistance of the adhesive bond veneer is divided into marks:

- PSF - plywood increased water resistance;

 - FC - waterproof plywood.

GRADE

Depending on the appearance of the outer layers of the plywood is classified into five grades: E (elite), I, II, III, IV. Grade of plywood denoted combination veneer grades front and back layers: grade of face layer / grade of working layer, for example, E / I, I / I, I / II, II / II, II / III, II / IV, III / III, III / IV, IV / IV, etc.

	Grade I - pin-knots no more than 3 pcs., sound knots no more than 15 mm, non-adhering knots no more than 6 mm are allowed, closed splits are allowed no more than 200 mm 2 pcs. for 1 m of width, a healthy change of color is allowed no more than 5%, other wood defects are not allowed.
	Grade II -pin knots allowed, sound knots no more than 25 mm, non-adhering knots no more than 6mm, closed and disjoined splits 2 mm 2 pcs. a length of 200 mm, healthy color changes, wood inserts.
	Grade III - pin knots allowed, sound knots no more than 6mm, closed and disjoined splits 2 mm  2 pcs. Length to 300 mm, healthy color changes, wood inserts, волнистость, рябь.
	Grade IV - pin knots allowed no more than 40 mm without limiting the number, disjoined splits width no more 10 mm without limiting the number, wood inserts, волнистость, рябь.
